Jessie is a communications strategist, documentary filmmaker and social change expert with more than fifteen years of experience in 38 countries and throughout the United States. After working as a filmmaker and communications strategist for social movements, she earned her Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, where she focused on public narrative, behavioral science and impact evaluation. These combined skills allow her to effectively frame and deploy narrative strategies to promote change. Her videos and campaigns have helped free political prisoners, passed public health legislation and strengthened movements for justice.
